Mission of Business2020 is to deliver technology-based
solutions to business problems: Solutions that
deliver the maximum return on new and existing
investments in technology.

initial focus of Business2020 is to bridge informational,
organisational and financial governance –
enabling enterprises to connect the internal
demand for IT services and solutions with the
resources and capabilities required to supply
the demand. This encompasses the strategic planning
for IT – matching requests with business
and IT strategy; and strategic human resource
planning – modelling, forecasting and
managing the development and supply of appropriately
skilled human capital. Business2020 bridges
these, often disconnected, areas of the enterprise
by providing solutions that integrate existing
and new technology packages and infrastructure,
providing custom development where necessary,
and ensuring that the result provides the value
that the modern enterprise demands.
Business2020
was born from amalgamation of a number of successful
technology businesses with extensive experience
and expertise in the areas of Human Resources,
Project and Portfolio Management, Information
Governance, Information Modelling, Computer-Aided
Architectural Design, and others.

principals of these businesses recognised the
need for an organisation that would reflect
their core values and that would be able to
address a broader range of business issues than
they could individually. They also identified
those areas where Business2020 would be able
to make a significant difference to the technology
industry.
